What a print shop agrees to when cups it printed fail on quality or leak.
This policy applies to every order a print shop accepts through marasem.
1. What you print matches the proof the customer approved: the artwork, its position, the colours within normal print tolerance, the cup size, the wall type and the quantity.
2. Cups, lids and inks are food-safe, suitable for the hot or cold drinks the cup is sold for, and meet the requirements of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority.
3. Cups do not leak at the seam or the base when used as intended.
4. A customer reports a print defect or a leak through marasem within 7 days of delivery, with photos and the order reference. marasem passes the report to you the same working day.
5. You answer within 2 working days. When the defect or leak is confirmed, you reprint the affected cups and deliver them within your stated turnaround, or refund their price, at your cost, delivery included. marasem chooses which with the customer.
6. A fault in the approved artwork itself, or damage after delivery, is not covered.
7. When you and the customer disagree, marasem decides, from the approved proof, the photos and, where needed, sample cups sent by you or the customer. marasem decides within 5 working days, and its decision is final for that order.
