Create your design, check its wording, images, cup specifications, quantity and delivery details, then accept the Terms and pay. Payment approves your design and starts order processing. You are responsible for the content you supply and approve, including its accuracy, lawfulness and permissions to use it.

We deliver within Saudi Arabia only. Orders usually arrive about 11 days after you place them: around 7 days to make your cups and 4 days for delivery. Your order's page shows its estimated delivery date. These are estimates; we tell you about any significant delay, and your legal rights remain.

The minimum depends on the cup:

• Single wall: from 50 cups
• Double wall: from 50 cups

Base cup prices range from SAR 0.47 to SAR 1.50. These are rounded display figures; checkout shows the exact unit price, any rounding, delivery charges and total before payment. Choose an available payment method at checkout. We provide an order confirmation and invoice.

Because your cups are custom-made, we do not accept returns or cancellation simply because you change your mind if the cups are free from defects and match your order. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation; acceptance is not guaranteed and your request alone does not stop production. We confirm accepted requests in writing and agree any price change first. Your rights for defects, qualifying delays and other legal grounds remain. Before you pay, you can cancel an unpaid order from its page, and nothing is charged. Orders left unpaid are cancelled after 48 hours.

For defective cups or cups that do not match your order, you may request replacement, reprinting, or cancellation and a refund. Examples include leaks during intended use, damage on delivery and significant differences from the approved design. Message us on WhatsApp or by email, both on the Contact us page, with your order number and evidence if available. We may choose equivalent defect-free replacements or a refund only when the law allows; your legal rights remain. We cover necessary return and replacement-delivery costs. Minor, reasonable colour differences alone do not qualify.

Where samples are offered, you can order a printed sample of your design before the full order: a small number of cups at a flat fee, delivery included, as shown before you pay. Approval of a full order is still based on the screen preview, and a sample does not change the agreed specifications. Exact colour matching is not guaranteed. Minor, reasonable printing variations alone are not defects if agreed specifications are otherwise met. Any special colour-matching requirement needs our written acceptance before ordering.

Yes. Creating or sharing a design does not require buying from marasem. If you have it printed elsewhere, whoever prints it is responsible for their work. marasem remains responsible for its own acts and obligations, including every order you place with us.

Only if you choose to show it. Other visitors can only view it there; they can't copy, reuse or print it.

Yes, at any time, from the design's share options. We may also remove any design from Explore.
