The terms a print shop accepts to receive and fulfil marasem print jobs.
Draft for legal review: confirm these terms with marasem's legal adviser before they are relied on.
These terms apply to any print shop that applies to, or is approved to, receive print jobs from marasem. They sit alongside the written rate agreement marasem signs with each approved shop.
Applying does not guarantee approval. marasem reviews each application and may approve, decline or ask for more information.
You keep your shop profile accurate: the cup sizes and walls you print, weekly capacity, turnaround, contact details and city. Jobs are offered on the basis of this profile, so out-of-date information leads to offers you cannot fulfil.
While your shop is unavailable, marasem does not offer you new jobs. Jobs you already accepted stay yours.
marasem may offer you a job that matches your profile. Each offer shows the cup, quantity, design and delivery city, and must be accepted or declined within 24 hours. An unanswered offer expires and the job may be offered to another shop.
marasem does not guarantee any volume of jobs.
Once you accept a job, you print it from the files marasem provides, on the cup size and wall specified, with food-safe materials suitable for paper cups. The printed cups must match the approved design within normal print tolerances.
If a file looks wrong or you cannot print it as approved, tell marasem before printing. Do not change the design yourself.
You print and ship within the turnaround you listed, unless marasem agrees otherwise for that job. Update each job as it moves to printing, ready and shipped, so the customer's order page stays accurate.
If a delay is likely, tell marasem as soon as you know.
You pack cups so they arrive clean and undamaged, and ship them to the delivery details on the job. Delivery details are for that delivery only.
The customer is marasem's customer. You do not contact customers about marasem orders except as needed to deliver, and you do not offer them your services directly using information from marasem.
Designs, names, addresses and phone numbers you receive are confidential and used only to complete the job. Delete or return them when marasem asks.
Designs belong to the customer or marasem. You may use them only to print the job. You may not reuse, resell or show them, including in your own portfolio, without written permission.
Rates, payment timing and invoicing are set out in the written agreement between marasem and your shop. marasem sets the prices customers pay; you do not charge customers for marasem orders.
If cups are faulty because of printing, packing or late delivery on your side, you reprint or replace them at your cost, or agree a fair adjustment with marasem. marasem tells you promptly when a customer reports a problem.
You may pause new offers at any time with the availability switch, or ask marasem to close your shop. marasem may pause or remove a shop that repeatedly misses offers, deadlines or quality, or breaks these terms. Accepted jobs are finished or handed back as agreed with marasem.
marasem may update these terms. The version date above changes when they do, and you will be asked to accept the new version. Your application records the version you accepted.
